An initial session, usually lasting about 1 hour, comprise of a consultation about your health, medical history, lifestyle and any spefici complaint.

Pulses on the wrist which correspont to the main meridians and their associated organs are read.

Follow up sessions usually last 45 minutes and include a review of your health, progress, pulses and treatment.

Each treatment is unique depending to the persons needs at that time. Needles, Moxa, Cupping, Acupressure, massage, electro-acupuncture and dietary advice may be used.

The number and frequency of treatments vary from person to person. It depends on the severity of depth of a complaint, how long the person has suffered from it, what drugs are being taken, etc. You may need one or two treatments, or a series to help your complaint effectively.
